Do you like fresh fruit?
We are just a little country church without the big productions or full-featured programs of some of the bigger churches. But what we do have is really good. Our people are as friendly as they come; spend some time with us and you will soon feel like family. And the teaching is straight from the GOOD book. It is biblical, practical, filling, and interesting (Pastor Gene can tell a good story!).
Fresh fruit in our lives comes from a fresh faith in God. So nothing is canned around here. We walk daily with our Lord and each other and enjoy the company!
Our pastor, Gene Walters, and his wife Judy have been with us for a long time. They are sweet, kind, and care for others deeply. Shepherds, that’s what they are! We like them and think you will, too.
Come to our church as you would walk into the family room of close friends. Wear whatever clothes feel comfortable and just relax. God doesn’t care if you wear a tie or a teeshirt. Come as you are and just be yourself; that’s what we do. From there you will find many opportunities to get involved. Pick the ones that interest you.
Our music? A little bit of this and a little bit of that. We have some talented musicians but we are more concerned about the words and participation than trying to either be traditional or trendy.
So come on by and sample the fruit.
